At CannaFab, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read the following carefully, as it sets out when returns are accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- The item is defective, damaged, or faulty.
- You received the wrong item.
In these cases:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, CannaFab will cover return shipping costs.
- If approved, you may also drop the item off at our designated location.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cannafab.com.au.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Lead Times
All lead times provided by Canna Fabrication are estimates only and may vary depending on product type, order volume, and supply chain conditions. Lead times may extend up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Delays may occur due to material shortages, manufacturing constraints, or external supply chain factors beyond our control. Orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund due to extended lead times within this period.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that lead times are approximate and subject to change.
