1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Canna Fabrication website and the purchase of any products or services offered by Liberty Aust Pty Ltd (ACN 653 292 669) trading as Canna Fabrication (ABN 63 653 292 669). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Orders

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Canna Fabrication reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product details or suspected fraud.

Products may include 3D printed components. We use 3D printing to achieve finishing not available with traditional manufacturing methods; please contact us prior to purchase if this is of concern to you.

3. Payment

Full payment must be received before products are shipped or installation services are booked. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Lead Times

All lead times provided by Canna Fabrication are estimates only and may vary depending on product type, order volume, and supply chain conditions. Lead times may extend up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Delays may occur due to material shortages, manufacturing constraints, or external supply chain factors beyond our control. Orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund due to extended lead times within this period.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that lead times are approximate and subject to change.

6. Installation Policy

Canna Fabrication products must be installed correctly by one of our recommended installers to perform as intended.

  • Approved installers: warranty and liability coverage apply only when products are installed by an authorised Canna Fabrication installer.
  • Non-approved installations: Canna Fabrication is not liable for any damage to the product, vehicle, or surrounding components resulting from incorrect installation, modification, or misuse.
  • Incorrect installation: if Canna Fabrication is required to correct or re-install a product due to incorrect installation by another party, a labour charge of $120 per hour (including GST) applies.

7. Product Warranty

Canna Fabrication provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, modification, or external impact.
  • Products installed by unauthorised persons.
  • Cosmetic issues such as minor surface marks or finish variations that do not affect performance.

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue. Canna Fabrication reserves the right to inspect and assess warranty claims before approval.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept change of mind returns. Please refer to our refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Canna Fabrication is not responsible for:

  • Loss, injury, or damage arising from improper use or unauthorised modification of products.
  • Labour, installation, or removal costs not performed by Canna Fabrication.
  • Vehicle downtime, loss of income, or incidental damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, and product descriptions, is the property of Canna Fabrication and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Victorian courts.
