Shipping policy
1. Lead Times
All lead times provided by Canna Fabrication are estimates only and may vary depending on product type, order volume, and supply chain conditions. Lead times may extend up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Delays may occur due to material shortages, manufacturing constraints, or external supply chain factors beyond our control. Orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund due to extended lead times within this period.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that lead times are approximate and subject to change.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 Orders will be shipped using the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout, where available and practical.
2.2 Canna Fabrication reserves the right to use an alternative carrier or service of equivalent standard where required (for example, where the selected option is unavailable for a particular address or item size).
2.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless required by law.
2.4 Canna Fabrication may charge a shipping excess if the customers address is non-metro, e.g. regional or rural
3. Dispatch and Processing
3.1 Lead times apply to production and preparation; shipping time is additional and depends on the selected method and destination.
3.2 Business days are Monday to Friday (Victoria, Australia), excluding public holidays.
3.3 If there are unexpected delays in production or dispatch, Canna Fabrication will use reasonable efforts to notify the customer by email.
4. Delivery, Risk and Authority to Leave
4.1 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided or upon collection by the carrier.
4.2 Where “Authority to Leave” is selected or applied by the customer, delivery is deemed complete when the carrier records the goods as delivered, and Canna Fabrication is not liable for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.
4.3 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Re-delivery, return or redirection fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete details may be passed on to the customer.
5. Tracking and Delivery Issues
5.1 Where available, tracking details will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
5.2 Any delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only. Canna Fabrication is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, peak periods, or other factors outside its control.
5.3 If an order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, Canna Fabrication will assist the customer in lodging enquiries with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
6.1 Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
6.2 Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported to Canna Fabrication in writing (with photos and order details) within 3 business days of delivery.
6.3 Failure to report within this timeframe may limit Canna Fabrication’s ability to assist, except where required by law.
7. International Shipping (if applicable)
7.1 International shipping availability, pricing, and methods (if offered) will be shown at checkout.
7.2 Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees. These are not included in product or shipping prices.
7.3 Canna Fabrication is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
8. Pre-Order, Backorder and Custom Items
8.1 Pre-order, backorder, and custom products are subject to the specific lead times stated on the product page or order confirmation.
8.2 Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
